Personal data collection:

We process the personal data that we have received from you within the scope of the business relationship through enquiries by e-mail, telephone, and at trade fairs.

We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO) to fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6 para 1b DSGVO).

3. Who gets my data?

Within Lilienstahl GmbH, only those employees receive your data who need it for the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations.

Well thereafter, the personal data (on invoices, account statements, balance notifications of other means of payment) are received by contract processors commissioned by us (e.g. accounting, insofar as a payment and compliance with the associated obligation) must be proven.
